If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. But if you have already accepted the shipment, there is always a simple option of a conditional exchange of the product which you have received. The product received in a damaged condition you can exchange/replace or get a full refund.
You must
