How do I cancel my order?
No worries. If unfortunately, you have to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You have to send an e-mail to email@example.com because our dispatch is uber-efficient and does not kid around. We will deliver the same item you will order hence in this situation refund/replacement of the order will not take place.
How do I get my refund?
In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?
You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), but unfortunately, you cannot add any more products to your order once the order is confirmed. However, if you wish to make any changes or edits to your order (before the order is processed), please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible customized solutions.
NOTE- The refund amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days.
