Returns & Refunds
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. But if you have already accepted the shipment, there is always a simple option of a conditional exchange of the product which you have received. The product is received in a damaged condition you can exchange it or get a full refund.

You can return* the product within 2 days (48Hours) of delivery or get it exchanged within 2 days (48Hours) of delivery. Our policy lasts 2 days (48Hours). If 2 days (48Hours) have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We might also ask you to send us pictures of the product you have received.

1A. Replacement requests are considered under the following circumstances:

  1. The print on the item is not as described/displayed (Color variations will not be accepted).
  2. The item is damaged (broken/chipped/dented/torn or otherwise tampered with).
  3. All tags and labels must be intact. The item will not be worn and/or washed. Items with stains and/or tears will not be replaced.

2B. Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  2. Return request made after the period of 48 hours (FORTY-EIGHT HOUR)
  3. You no longer want the item.
  4. You are not able to receive the item.
  5. The item is smaller/bigger than what you expected.
  6. You do not want the colour you originally chose.
  7. You don’t like the item you received even though there is no damage to it.
  8. You had provided an incorrect address/has moved.
  9. There is no longer any requirement for the item.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  2. Customized T-Shirts

4D. What products are eligible for replacement?

  1. Mobile Cover
  2. Customized Mobile Cover

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can start by emailing us with the details of the order, the reason for your return & a mobile number where we can reach you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Products with obvious signs of use
– Products delivered with COD Handling Fee (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Orders returned with COD Handling Fee are applicable for partial refunds and the handling fee might be fully charged.

If the received product is damaged, refunds will not be processed. To avoid this, please take pictures of items as proof when you return them. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts Coupon (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Please visit your order page and open a support ticket for the order or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID and attach some prof. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
