If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. But if you have already accepted the shipment, there is always a simple option of a conditional exchange of the product which you have received. The product received in a damaged condition you can exchange or get a full refund. Please visit your order page and open a support ticket for the order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID and attach some prof. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
The Return request has to be initiated within 48 Hour (FORTY EIGHT hour) from the day of delivered.
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
- The return reason quoted as “THE ORDER WAS FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT AND WAS WRONGLY ORDERED FOR THIS ONE”.
- Return without a valid reason is also not accepted.
- Return request made after the period of 48 hour(FORTY EIGHT HOUR)
- Quality is bad. We’re always checking product quality before shipping.
- Not fitting. We always recommend please verify before placing any order.
What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

Incase of dissatisfactions of the product(s) please share some photographic/videography evidence of received product to mail address.
