A: Our custom white mugs are microwave and dishwasher-safe. Personalized black mugs are microwave-safe but should only be hand washed. Our colour-changing mugs should only be hand washed and are not microwave-safe.

A: You can start customizing the mug online by choosing the pre-designed templates. Add details like your Name, logo, picture or message you want to display. You can also upload your design but make sure the resolution is high. Ensure the font size is big enough to be visible, and the colours are in contrast.

A: When you start designing your mug, you’ll be able to choose between 2-sided or wraparound printing. With 2-sided mugs, you can add two separate images, special messages or a combination of the two. Wraparound mugs use one single image, design or text that is printed around the entirety of the mug.

Delivery charge varies with PINCODE’s However, For West Bengal (Bangla), We offer absolutely Free Of Cost Delivery Service. (COD Charges may apply). Our System automatically calculates all extra charges for shipping and COD charges live depending on the PINCODE and shipping type.

Return & Replacement

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. But if you have already accepted the shipment, there is always a simple option of a conditional exchange of the product which you have received. If the product is received in a damaged condition you can get a full refund.
